Drawing from a pool of all the best musicians in the area, the Gypsy Jazz Collective presents music in the style of and inspired by the genre created by Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli, a musical tradition that is still very alive today. Our repertoire ranges from hot classics of the 1930s and 1940s, all the way up to modern compositions of the 2020s. The Collective is a venue for musicians to present original music in addition to old favorites. We perform in trio, quartet, quintet, and sextet formats, depending on the occasion.
